Jessica + Marc Wedding Photos Woodend Sanctuary Chevy Chase Maryland

Beautiful fun wedding photographs from Marc and Jessica's wedding on lucky 11-11-11 at the Woodend Nature Sanctuary in Chevy Chase Maryland. The bridal party got ready at Hilton Doubletree Hotel Bethesda and the ceremony and reception was at Woodend. Woodend is a beautiful historical estate maintained by the Audubon Naturalist Society an environmental conservation organization. In Chinese tradition the color red means good luck and so the bride wore beautiful red shoes and we got some great fun pictures in front of the Japanese Maple tree at Woodend. The event planner and day of coordination was by Kristi of GLOW Weddings and Events.
The fun loving wedding couple also got our party photo booth with custom designed prints as party favors for their guests to take home. The photo booth is one of the most fun entertainment for guests at weddings, company and holiday parties. I also did the couple's beautiful Engagement session around the Cherry Blossom trees in Washington DC. They placed some of their engagement pictures on the fireplace mantle at Woodend for their guests to see. Beautiful Jewish Wedding Highlight Video of Faith and David in Maryland. The Jewish wedding ceremony was at the synagogue Kehilat Shalom and the wedding reception was at Holiday Inn Gaithersburg. We were also their wedding photographers and their beautiful wedding pictures can be seen in this previous blog post.

The preceremony preparation portraits were taken at the family's home with a bride and groom "first look" in their beautifully landscaped waterfall backyard. The wedding ceremony included the Ketubah signing or marriage contract on a beautifully adorned manuscript, a chuppah canopy symbolizing the bride and groom's new home together, the bride encircling the groom representing completeness, the seven blessings and wine blessing, and breaking of glass by the groom with a loud mazel tov for good luck. The reception was very festive and had a lot of dancing including the hora dance and Hava Nagila where the bride and groom got lifted up in chairs encircled by their friends and family.

The jolly holiday season is in full swing and Sweet Dreams Studio is excited to be setting up our fun party photo booth with onsite prints for Reston Chamber of Commerce Tinsel & 'Tinis Christmas Holiday Party 2011 in Northern Virginia. The Reston Chamber of Commerce is the "catalyst for business growth and entrepreneurship" and the doorway to the massive and growing Dulles Business Corridor. Fun awesome Photographs from Jarred and Alexa's Bar and Bat B'nai Mitzvah party celebration at the Conference Center in Leesburg Virginia outside of Washington DC. It was an amazing Jewish b'nai mitzvah for the brother and sister with proud and supportive parents, grandparents, siblings Josh and Justin and friends. We were also the videographers for the party and we got awesome video of all the action. The mother Deanna and her kids created a wonderful Carnival theme with giant Carnival tent, games, centerpieces and decorations including a giant elephant made by the grandfather. Besides a lot of dancing there were beautiful speeches, the hora dance, Challah Blessing, photo booth, Carnival poem written by Jarred, piano playing and family slideshow montage by Alexa. It was great photographing all these special moments. The Torah reading ceremony pictures was taken at the Conservative Jewish synagogue of Congregation Sha'are Shalom (Gates of Peace) in Leesburg Virginia. The launch party had a fashion runway show with chic dresses designed by the Wellta collection. Model makeup was by Ink Cosmetics and the hair was styled by the W Salon. Miss Virginia Katie Barrie and Miss Maryland Allyn Rose were also there to walk the runway and cheer to on the party. The guests also got special singing performance by Grammy Nominated Recording Artist Carolyn Malachi which was caught on video above. The preceremony preparation portraits were taken at the family's home with a bride and groom "first look" in their beautifully landscaped waterfall backyard. The wedding ceremony included the signing of the Ketubah or marriage contract on a beautifully adorned manuscript, a chuppah canopy symbolizing the bride and groom's new home together, the bride encircling the groom representing completeness, the seven blessings and wine blessing, and breaking of glass by the groom with a final loud mazel tov for good luck. The reception was very festive and had a lot of dancing including the hora dance and Hava Nagila where the bride and groom got lifted up in chairs encircled by their friends and family.
