Westminster Hotel Livingston NJ. Located just outside of New York City, Westminster Hotel is AAA Four Diamond luxury hotel, spa and event space. Special events include wedding, bar bat mitzvah, Sweet 16 birthday parties and company meetings. The bar mitzvah party theme was March Madness so the party decorations, furniture rentals and games were about college basketball. The bar mitzvah party had DJ entertainment and lighting for dancing and fun photo booth rental with prints for the guests.
