Kelly and Dell Wedding Engagement Photos around the Cherry Blossoms at the Tidal Basin and the Jefferson Memorial in Washington DC. Kelly is Korean and Dell is Chinese and they are college sweethearts and are doing a traditional Christian wedding in Georgia. The Cherry Blossoms were in peak bloom and the Cherry Blossom Festival had already started. The weather was perfect for engagement pictures and they were joined by their helpful bridesmaids. We were also lucky to get a few showers of cherry blossom petals that rained on the lovely couple like rice thrown on wedding day as you can see in their pictures.
