Sophia's Greek Wedding Spotlight in Perfect Wedding Guide Washington DC VA MD

I am proud to announce the editors of the  Perfect Wedding Guide have selected the wedding photos from Sophia and Christos Big Fat Greek Wedding to be featured spotlight in the upcoming January 2011 issue. Sweet Dreams Studio was the wedding photographer and videographer. The spotlight includes photos from the wedding and my thoughts on photographing the various Greek wedding traditions. The ceremony was at St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church in Falls Church Virginia and the reception was at Belle Haven Country Club in Alexandria, Virginia just outside of Washington DC. The bridal party was huge with almost 40 bridesmaids and groomsmen. There were a lot of exciting Greek wedding traditions including breaking of dishes, tying the ribbon around the bride and the money dance. It was so much fun to see - money was literally flying in the air and there were so much happiness and dancing with Sophia and Christos's family and friends.
