Afterwards me, Beth and Martin took the metro to Inauguration kickoff concert at Lincoln Memorial but it was over by the time we got there. So Martin took us along the blistery mall to Cafe Berlin in Capital Hill where we cozyed up to some good German cooking. The cordon bleu was very good and tangy.
It was a great start for Inauguration week. We will also be taking photographs for Inauguration post gala festivities at Georgetown Club in DC Tuesday night.
ps - I will not be able to photograph the official events for the Inauguration as originally planned however because I do not have press credentials which you only get if you are associated with a press organization.
